Return & Exchange


EXCHANGE POLICY

If the products that you have received is not the right size, we accept exchange of products within 3 days after you receive your package, while stock is available.

We can ONLY exchange an item for a different size in the same style.

Please note that SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Here’s how:

  • Contact our customer service team through Whatsapp (+6281219902686)  for the RETURN FORM
  • Return Form will need to be filled and send along with the items you'd like to return.
  • Make sure the merchandise you return is unworn or washed, in its original condition, including tags and packaging included (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box), otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

 

Please note that all shipping costs will be at your own expenses and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expenses. When your return has been accepted, we will ship your exchange items to the address listed on the RETURN FORM. You will be updated through Whatsapp listed.

 

Our little customers' hygiene and safety is very important to us, so certain items such as underwear, swimwear, toys, and accessories can't be returned or exchanged.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If you were to find any production defects on the products you receive or if we have sent the wrong products and we have no more stock on the products you ordered, we glady give you a full refund.
Please note that coupons, vouchers, and any other promotions will not be refunded.
